My name is Rachel Smith, I am based in Royal Wootton Bassett Nr Swindon, where I design, create and live stream from.

I teach a selection of courses each year at Marlborough College Summer School for Adults and Teenagers. Summer school is taking a break in 2025, so I do hope to return in 2026.

Working with leather
Click on the links to watch on replay. Heres what you need (see links below to purchase)-
Beading mat, flat nose, round nose, chain nose pliers & side cutters
1-2 metres of 2mm leather (depending on how many projects you wish to make).
.8mm wire in any colour
Beads or gemstone chips of your choice (I suggest size between 4-8mm around 7-8 inches)
Ball headpins or standard headpins, tigertail beading wire, crimp beads
Clasp and extender/s

Projects included working with leather, beads, tigertail and creating earrings using beads and small cone ends.

About the Project: Suitable for total beginners or experienced beaders.

You can choose from a silver or gold mini bee kit, which has all of the materials (with the exception of the e6000 glue), written and photograph instructions. Posted to your door (postage included in the cost of the kit)

Self paced workshop without a kit
I would only suggest going for this option if you have either already purchased a bee kit online from Beads by Verchiel or Create and Craft Tv or if you have purchase a set of bee stamps.
